CUSTOM PRINTED TENTS FOR THE MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY

Radio and televisions stations, journals and newspapers, satellite or cable companies, any company in the media and communications industry will probably find many uses for custom printed tents.

In the local market, local radio stations often broadcast from a remote location, a car dealer, a supermarket grand opening, a sporting event etc. The custom printed tent serves not only as a base of operations and shelter from the elements, but also as visual advertising. People attending the event or passing by see the station’s logo, and dial location and often tune to that station to see what is going on.

Television stations have many opportunities to participate in community events. Their custom printed tents keep the station top of mind and provide a place for the public to interface with on air talent.

Magazines and newspapers might attend an event for two purposes – one is to increase readership and the other is to cultivate advertisers. The custom printed tent facilitates both. Protected from the elements, staff can hand out sample copies for readers and rate cards for advertisers.

Subscriber services such as cable or satellite companies can attend outdoor events to acquaint potential customers with their service and to sign up new subscriptions. The tent allows the company to be right in front of the consumer during a relaxed setting when the customer has time to discuss and ponder the offer. It sure beats calling the person at home during dinner or during a favorite television program.

With today’s large format direct-to-fabric digital printing methods, your tent canopy is a blank canvas that can fully capture and promote your corporate identity.  With vibrant full-color printing, your corporate colors will stand out in the crowd.

Pop up tents are lightweight and easy to set up and take down. In just a couple of minutes, you can go from a black, nylon, zippered roller bag to a fully set up tent. No tools are required.

If there is no wind, the tents need no anchoring. With light wind, four shallow tent stakes are usually enough to hold down the canopy. Sand bags and water bags are also available.  With winds over ten miles per hour, heavier weights such as water drums or heavy ground stakes are necessary. When winds exceed 20 mph, it is time to pack it up and go home.
