The past few months have been very busy at Visible Tents. Printed tents and flags have become a
n extremely effective mode of outdoor advertising. As a result, to keep up with demand, we have installed a brand new 10’ Dye sublimation printer and heater setup in our main Salt Lake City production facility. Visible Tents is now one of only a handful of companies in the country that can produce full dye sub print s up to 10’ wide. Dye sublimation printing is u nique because it uses a special vapor transfer process to adhere the pigment to the fabric. Unlike traditional solvent or UV printing, sublimation ink actually becomes part of the fabric. This ensures deep and vibrant colors that will last for
the longest time possible. This method of printing is useful for any type of polyester fabric including apparel, draperies, and of course tents and flags.
With this new printing technology in house, Visible Tents can now offer even quicker turnaround times on most products while still delivering the quality you have come to expect. Additionally, we are now capable of producing fabric banners and backdrops up to 10’x150’ without a seam and up to 150’x300’ with seams. Also, unlike most of our competitors, we can produce out printed tents without seams on the valence or top triangles. This allows for a stronger tent and more consistent graphics.
